How quickly does it arrive?
If you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay, it is in their inbox within a minute. If you would rather pay at the yard or by transfer, we issue it the moment the payment reaches us.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the day you buy it, and it can be used across more than one booking — a €150 voucher could be a walkout now and a lesson in the spring.
What can it be spent on?
Anything we do: group and private lessons, mountain walkouts, Pony Play, Pony Camp, and lesson books. It is redeemed at the payment step when they book, or over the phone.
What if it is worth more than the ride?
The balance stays on the code for the twelve months. Nothing is lost by choosing a round number.
Can I buy one for a specific ride?
Yes — pick the amount that matches it. The suggested amounts on this page are the real prices of real rides, so €80 is Pony Play or a child’s walkout, and €280 is a week of half-day Pony Camp.
